About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Strategy & Transformation Lead for our Nursery Programs to shape and execute our digital strategy, ensuring seamless integration and implementation across our global operations. As the DEMEA Aurora Nursery Program Lead, you will be responsible for defining clear business objectives and digital strategies, managing a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and diverse stakeholders, and ensuring new ways of working are embedded within the organization. In this role, you will lead, advise, and make decisions to help the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) implementation team provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that implement nursery process design and support our operational teams across all nursery areas.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and approve business models and process designs.
• Manage stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system designs.
• Lead change management for new processes and systems.
• Integrate data, reporting, education, and compliance across Driscoll’s EMEA.
• Provide project updates to leads and stakeholders.
• Guide Nursery leadership and commercial teams through process changes.
• Train and coach team members on project settings and tools.
• Assign tasks and ensure successful completion.
• Support program and track leads for operational processes and interconnectivity.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of management experience in global ERP implementation.
• Experience in matrix, multi-cultural organizations.
• Project and change management experience in complex projects.
• Experience in CPG, FMCG, or advanced agricultural companies is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term vision.
