About the Opportunity

The Portfolio Analyst III assists the Portfolio Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the Office of the CIO. This IS department defines and maintains the Information Services Department's core management functions.

Responsibilities

• Represents Driscoll’s in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers, customers and the business community.
• Supports the Portfolio Manager by addressing incoming inquiries or issues and escalates as appropriate. Coordinates and ensures team SLAs and activities are being addressed appropriately.
• Proven ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management, especially leadership.
• Extensive experience in vendor management, to include proven negotiation skills, analytical reasoning, relationship building, performance monitoring, problem management, and vendor selections
• Extensive experience in software license management, to include, financial analysis, contract negotiations, risk management, compliance knowledge and must have strong communication skills.   
• Extensive experience in resource management, to include oversight of contractor SOWs, performance, rates and issue management.  Supports and is responsible for managing and tracking SOW Approvals, Onboarding, Extensions and Offboarding 
• Extensive experience in overseeing the processing of lS legal contracts, Master Service Agreement processing and negotiations. 
• Tracks vendor expenses and identifies and highlights anomalies  
• Proven ability to identify and develop solutions for continuous process improvement.
• Analyzes PMO projects, including the capitalization of internal and external labor in accordance with accounting’s capitalization policy.
• Proven ability to create PowerPoint decks/presentations for management/executive audience.
• Ability to develop/update workflows and process diagrams.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Software License Management (Proficiency: Advanced)
• Procurement (Proficiency: Advanced)
• Project Management (Proficiency: Advanced)
• Experience with Project Portfolio Management, ITIL framework, ServiceNow
• Excel and PowerPoint (Proficiency: Advanced)

Certifications and Technical skills:

• ITIL – Intermediate
• PMI - Intermediate

Foreign Language:

• Proficiency English is required

Preferred (other) Qualifications

• Proven project management and planning capabilities
• Financial/Business analysis techniques and strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and oral business communications skills: ability to present ideas and issues in logical and articulate manner
• Self-starter with ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and deal with ambiguity
• Microsoft Suite of Products
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, SAM a plus
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
