About the Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and organised Reception and Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all site visitors and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations. We are happy to consider applicants looking to work part-time or full-time for this role, however the successful candidate must be able to start between 7.30 and 8am each day Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Answering and transferring incoming calls
• Sending messages to the relevant departments if can’t put call through
• To meet and greet all visitors to Driscoll’s
• Pre-Register visitors onto visitor system
• To keep the reception Standard Operations Manual up to date with all new information
• Help manage queries to the generic info email address and dealing with any external emails that are relevant or sending to the appropriate person
• Postal duties
• Stock control of stationary and office consumables
• Taxi/accommodation booking
• Site communications where necessary
• Office administration

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
