About the Opportunity

The Commercial Logistics Analyst within the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) area is responsible for managing and analyzing logistics activities, ensuring the efficient flow of fruit from Growers to Business Units. This role requires a focus on aligning commercial objectives with logistics performance, working closely with Growers, Business Units and teams such as FS, QA and S&OP, ensuring that information is kept up to date and organized, preparing timely reports and reports according to daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Creates and shares shipping orders associated with the packing and shipping plan.
• Validates the fruit volumen exported with the packing list shared by the Growers
• Consolidates all the commercial logistics information that the Growers are executing in the plan.
• Reviews/records all Growers shipping Packing Lists and prepares/shares all BU’s Shipment Advice/Expo Docs set/Packing Lists.
• Tracks shipping sea/air cargo
• Generates of Comercial Invoice
• Creates/updates tracking reports in Excel and dashboards via Tableau.
• Temporary supports in S&OP team processes and activities.
• Required availability of up to 20% for domestic travel and possible international travel.
• Compliance with all SST guidelines and the Code of Ethics defined by the company.

Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Operations / Supply Chain  or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in similar positions
• Areas of experience: Agroindustry / Expo / S&OP / Supply Chain / Operations / Administration
• Incoterms
• Microsoft office
• Reporting platforms (Tableau)
• Detail oriented
• Excellent interpersonal relationships with people at different levels.
• Advanced English is required
