Cranberry Raspberry Holiday Cocktails

Make a batch of Driscoll’s Cranberry, Raspberry and Maple Sauce and upgrade your holiday and New Year's celebration with fresh berries! Then use the leftovers to make these three festive cocktails!

Cranberry, Raspberry, and Maple Sauce

Ingredients
1 Package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 Cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 Cup maple syrup, preferably Grade B
2 Packages (6 ounces or 1 1/3 cups each) Driscoll's Raspberries
Grated zest of 1 large orange

Cranberry and Raspberry Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients
4 oz Champagne or Sparkling wine
 
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick, Fresh Rosemary, Fresh Blackberries and Raspberries
 
Directions
Add cranberry raspberry sauce to the bottom of a champagne flute. Add a cinnamon stick and a twig of fresh rosemary. Top with champagne & fresh raspberries & blackberries.
 
 
 

Cranberry Raspberry Bourbon Smash Cocktail

Ingredients
1/2 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 oz bourbon
 
Garnish: Ginger Beer, Fresh Sage and Fresh Raspberries
 
 
Directions
Add cranberry raspberry sauce to a shaker. Top with orange & lemon juice. Add bourbon and top with ice. Shake, then strain into a rocks glass filled w/ ice. Top w/ ginger beer, fresh sage and fresh raspberries
 
 
 

Gin and ‘Jam’ Cranberry Raspberry Cocktail

Ingredients
2 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Directions
Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a highball with ice, and top with a spoonful of the sauce. Stir sauce into cocktail before enjoying.
