Description
Make a traditional winter drink with the sweet addition of fresh raspberries. The aroma will fill your kitchen and the cider will keep everyone warm. For the adults, make it a raspberry hard cider by adding a touch of spiced rum.
- 1/2 Cup spiced rum, optional
- 2 Packages (6 ounces each) Driscoll's Raspberries
- 4 Cups apple cider
- 4 Lemon twists
- 1/2 Tsp. ground cinnamon

POUR 4 cups apple cider into a medium saucepan.

SET ASIDE 8 to 12 raspberries for garnish.

PLACE remaining raspberries into saucepan.

ADD 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

HEAT just until boiling.

ALLOW cider to cool somewhat.

STRAIN raspberries from cider if desired.

STIR IN 1/2 cup spiced rum if using.

POUR raspberry cider into mugs.

DROP 1 lemon twist into each mug.

GARNISH each mug with 2 to 4 raspberries.

SERVE immediately.
