Smoothie
- 2 Cups purchased unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, plus more to taste
- 2 Cups mixed Driscoll’s Berries, frozen
- 1 Tsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tsp. ground flaxseeds
- 1 Tsp. shelled hemp seeds
- 1/4 Tsp. ground cinnamon, plus more to taste
Optional boosters
- 1/2 Cup loosely packed chard leaves
- 1 Tbsp. acai powder
- 1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil

POUR 2 cups unsweetened almond milk into a blender.

ADD 1/2 medium banana and 1 tablespoon maple syrup.

BLEND until mixture swirls easily inside blender.
