Description
Blended strawberry-lime ice cubes add flavor and fun to this non-alcoholic cocktail. Delicious with lemon lime soda, extra cubes can be used in other drinks such as lemonade, iced tea, or Strawberry Cucumber Basil Water.
- 1 Package package (16 ounces) Driscoll's Strawberries
- 1/2 Cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- Lemon-lime soda, chilled
- Lime slices and additional strawberries

HULL 1 package (16 ounces) strawberries and PLACE into a blender.

ADD 1/2 cup fresh lime juice and 1/4 cup sugar.

PUREE until smooth.

POUR mixture into 2 ice cube trays.

FREEZE 2 – 4 hours or until frozen solid.

PLACE 3 – 4 strawberry cubes into each cocktail glass. (PLACE any leftover strawberry cubes into a freezer bag and FREEZE for later use in soda, seltzer, or lemonade.)

TOP with lemon-lime soda.

GARNISH with a lime slice and fresh strawberry.

SERVE with a stir-stick.

Lighten up the recipe by replacing the sugar and soda with an equivalent amount of sugar substitute and diet soda.
