- 1 1/2 Cups white whole wheat flour
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 Tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 Cups buttermilk
- 3 Tablespoons canola oil
- 2 Packages (6 ounces each) Driscoll's Blueberries
- Maple syrup
- 2 large eggs

PREHEAT waffle iron until hot.

PLACE eggs into a medium bowl.

WHISK eggs thoroughly.

ADD buttermilk and oil.

WHISK again until smooth.

SET ASIDE egg mixture.

PLACE flour into a medium bowl.

ADD sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

STIR to combine ingredients.

POUR flour mixture into egg mixture.

WHISK batter just until evenly combined. Do not over mix.

COAT waffle iron lightly with cooking spray.

COOK one waffle according to manufacturer's instructions.

DRIZZLE waffle with maple syrup.

TOP waffle with blueberries.

REPEAT with remaining waffle batter.
