There's no better pairing for a healthy smoothie than strawberries and almonds. Aside from the way their flavors blend, they both deliver heart-healthy nutrients. In this smoothie, almonds are also blended with almond milk, a great alternative for dairy-free diets as well.
- 1 Cup Driscoll's Strawberries, quartered
- 1/4 Cup soaked blanched almonds
- 6 Ounces almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 3 fresh dates, pitted and chopped
- 4 ice cubes
