Creamy and warm, this baked cream cheese dip makes a wonderful addition to any breakfast or brunch menu. Savory garlic and scallions with sweet juicy blackberries makes this spread so irresistable. Serve it with baguette slices or crackers.

Ingredients
1 Package (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
4 Ounces (about 1 cup) pepper jack cheese, shredded
1/2 Cup sour cream
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. sliced scallions or green onions
1/2 Tsp. kosher salt
1/8 Tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Blackberries, divided
1 scallion or green onion, sliced for garnish
1 sliced baguette or crackers

PREHEAT oven to 375°F.

PLACE 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese into a mixing bowl.

ADD 4 ounces (about 1 cup) shredded pepper jack cheese.

ADD 1/2 cup sour cream and 2 minced garlic cloves.

ADD 1 ½ tablespoons sliced scallions or green onions.

ADD 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and ADD 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.

STIR until combined and SET ASIDE cream cheese mixture.

SLICE in half 3 ounces blackberries and FOLD gently into cream cheese mixture.

TRANSFER dip to a small, shallow baking dish and SPREAD evenly.

BAKE 18 – 22 minutes or until edges are bubbling.

GARNISH with remaining 3 ounces blackberries.
