Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup rolled oats
- 1/2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal, optional
- 3/4 Cup ice cubes
- 2/3 Cup plain yogurt of choice
- 1 1/2 Cups frozen bananas, sliced
- 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blueberries
- 1-1 1/2 milk of choice
Directions

PLACE 1/2 cup oats into blender.

ADD 1/2 tablespoon flaxseed meal (if using).

PULSE blender several times on high speed until oats are finely ground.

ADD 3/4 cup ice cubes and ADD 2/3 cup yogurt.

BLEND until mixture flows easily inside of blender.

ADD 1 ½ frozen bananas.

BLEND again until mixture flows easily inside of blender.

ADD blueberries.

BLEND until mixture flows easily inside of blender.

ADD 1 cup milk and BLEND until mixture flows easily inside of blender.

ADD more milk in small amounts until smoothie is the consistency you like.

DIVIDE smoothie between 2 or 3 glasses and SERVE immediately.
