Ingredients
1/4 Cup almond milk
1/2 Cup Greek yogurt, plain
1/2 avocado
1 Cup spinach leaves, tightly packed
1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Blueberries
4 dates, chopped and pitted
2 Tablespoons agave syrup or honey, optional
1/2 Tsp. chia seeds
additional blueberries for garnish
additional chia seeds for garnish
coconut flakes for garnish

POUR 1/4 cup almond milk into a blender.

ADD 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt.

BLEND on high speed until mixture swirls easily inside blender.

ADD 1/2 avocado and ADD 1 cup spinach leaves.

BLEND on high speed until mixture swirls easily inside blender.

ADD 1 package (6 ounces) blueberries and ADD 4 chopped dates.

TASTE mixture.

ADD additional almond milk for a thinner consistency if desired.
