Smoothie
  • 2 Cups purchased unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, plus more to taste
  • 2 Cups mixed Driscoll’s Berries, frozen
  • 1 Tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp. ground flaxseeds
  • 1 Tsp. shelled hemp seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp. ground cinnamon, plus more to taste
Optional boosters
  • 1/2 Cup loosely packed chard leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. acai powder
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil
  1. POUR 2 cups unsweetened almond milk into a blender.
  2. ADD 1/2 medium banana and 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
  3. BLEND until mixture swirls easily inside blender.
  4. ADD 2 cups frozen mixed Driscoll’s Berries.
  5. BLEND until mixture swirls easily inside blender.
  6. ADD 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon ground flaxseeds, 1 teaspoon shelled hemp seeds, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  7. ADD optional boosters as desired.
  8. BLEND until mixture swirls easily inside blender.
  9. TASTE mixture and ADD additional maple syrup and cinnamon to adjust flavor.
  10. DIVIDE smoothie between two tall drinking glasses.
  11. SERVE the Omega Overture Mixed Berry Smoothie immediately.
