- 2 Packages (6 ounces each) Driscoll's Raspberries
- 3-4 Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons cornstarch
- Water

PLACE raspberries into a blender or food processor.

BLEND until smooth.

PRESS puree through a mesh sieve and DISCARD seeds.

POUR puree into a measuring cup.

ADD water, if necessary, to make 1 cup.

SET ASIDE raspberry puree.

PLACE 3 tablespoons sugar into a small saucepan.

ADD 1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch and WHISK to combine.

ADD raspberry puree.

BRING to a boil over medium-high heat.

COOK 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened and STIR CONSTANTLY.

TASTE sauce and ADD more sugar if necessary.

ALLOW to cool.
