Ingredients
1 large baguette
2 – 3 tablespoons olive oil
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
1 package (5 ounces) goat cheese
1/3 – 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey, plus more for garnish
1 tablespoon heavy cream (optional)
1/2 package (16 ounces) Driscoll’s Strawberries, cored and halved
1/2 package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Blueberries

PREHEAT grill pan or skillet to high.

SLICE 1 large baguette into 3/4-inch slices.

DRIZZLE each baguette slice with olive oil.

FLIP slices and drizzle with olive oil.
