1.5 oz. tequila
.5 oz. triple sec
.75 oz. lime juice
1.5 oz. coconut milk
1 oz. strawberry puree (from about ½ cup of strawberries)
5 oz. simple syrup
Pinch of salt
A few drops of agave syrup
1 tbsp. coconut flakes
3-4 strawberries for skewering, sliced longways

PUREE strawberries in a blender until smooth and then strain through a fine mesh sieve.

HEAT a pan over medium and add coconut flakes.

TOAST until golden, remove from the pan immediately, and spread out on a small plate.

Once cooled, paint agave around the rim or side of the glass and ROLL in toasted coconut flakes.

PLACE glasses in the freezer to allow the coconut to really set into the agave syrup.

SKEWER a few strawberry slices on a toothpick, alternating the direction of the strawberries and set aside.
